CHARACTERISTICS, SHIPPING, OFFER AND VALIDITY of the products offered by AISY DANCE.

All orders made through the web are subject to the availability of the products. If there are difficulties regarding the supply of products or lack of stock, we will inform you within 48 business hours and we will refund the amounts paid. To place an order you must include the items in your shopping cart and authorize the payment.

In your private area you can modify your personal data. You can also correct errors detected with the personal data provided in the purchase process, by contacting info@aisydance.com. You can exercise the rights provided in the data protection regulations through info@aisydance.com in accordance with the provisions of the privacy policy.

AISY DANCE offers you information about all its products, their characteristics and prices. AISY DANCE, reserves the right to withdraw, replace or change the products offered through the Online store, by simply changing its content. The products offered at any time in the Online store will be governed by the General Contract Conditions in force in each case. AISY DANCE, may stop offering, without prior notice and at any time, access to one or any of the aforementioned products.

Except in special cases such as the personalization of the products themselves or when the order is placed in unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances, the order will be sent to you with the products purchased that appear on the proof of payment and delivery of the order within a maximum period of 30 days. The shipment will be made by external courier company.

GUARANTEE

All the products available in the AISY DANCE Store enjoy the guarantee corresponding to the type of product. If you purchase a product, as a consumer, AISY DANCE will be liable for the lack of conformity thereof, provided that it is manifested within a period of two years from the delivery of the product. In any case, you must provide us with sufficient evidence regarding the lack of conformity of the product. Said disagreement must be reported as soon as possible through info@aisydance.com .

PRICES

All products indicate the sale price in euros (€), as well as applicable taxes and shipping costs. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders confirmed via email.

EXPENSES AND FORM OF PAYMENT

The invoice, when requested by you, will detail the expenses and taxes related to the product purchased. The user may pay for the order by choosing any of the permitted methods, having to indicate their choice during the purchase process, for which they could be directed to a platform external to AISY DANCE, where they will be informed of the conditions and policies that they must comply with. Likewise, during the purchase process, before making the payment, you can modify the details of your order.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

You may withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 calendar days without justification to AISY DANCE. If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, you can do so at info@aisydance.com.

If you desist, we will proceed to return the payment made by you, including delivery costs, except for those related to additional costs that do not correspond to the most economical shipping method. Within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal, we will refund the amount you have paid, using the same method you used for payment. In any case, we reserve the right to withhold the return until we receive the products or provide us with proof of their return. The return must be made by delivering it to the courier company that we inform you about and in any case, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt.

In addition to the right of withdrawal, you will have the right to return the product by withdrawing from the contract within 30 days of receipt of the order, provided that you have sent us the products within 30 days of receipt and the products do not present damage or have not been unsealed. Withdrawal or return is not allowed regarding personalized products for you (art. 103 LGDCU), nor those that have been unsealed for hygiene reasons, except for manufacturing defects.

No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond the mere opening thereof, or for products that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered or that have suffered any damage. The refund or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the date on which we inform you that the refund or replacement of the item is appropriate.

RESPONSIBILITY

Unless otherwise expressly agreed, the responsibility of AISY DANCE with respect to any product purchased will be strictly limited to the purchase price paid by you. AISY DANCE will not accept any responsibility for the following losses; lost income or sales; loss of business; loss of profit or loss of contracts, etc.

CAUSES OF FORCE MAJEURE

AISY DANCE will not be responsible for breaches or delays in the fulfillment of any of the obligations assumed, when it is due to events considered as Force Majeure, among which are the following: fires, explosions, electrical blackouts, earthquakes, floods , major storms, strikes, embargoes, labor conflicts, acts of civil or military authority, wars, terrorism, including cyberterrorism, natural phenomena - provided that an official alert is declared for adverse phenomena and/or published in the corresponding official bulletins, acts or omissions of Internet traffic services, acts or omissions of governmental or regulatory bodies, including the approval of regulations or other acts of the government that affect the provision of the Services. In this case, the obligations will be suspended until the cause of Force Majeure is terminated.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, registered trademark and other industrial and intellectual property rights on the materials or content provided as part of the website and/or online store correspond at all times to AISY DANCE. You may not use the material or the AISY DANCE brand, unless you have express authorization from us.

AISY DANCE is the owner of all the industrial and intellectual property rights of the page www.aisydance.com, and of the contained elements and products found on it. It is strictly prohibited to modify, transmit, distribute, reuse, forward or use all or part of the content of the page for public or commercial purposes without the authorization of AISY DANCE.

MISCELLANY

If the nullity of any of these Conditions is declared and rendered null and void by a final resolution issued by a competent authority, the remaining terms and conditions will remain in force, without being affected by said declaration of nullity.

APPLICABLE LAW and DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you wish to file a claim against AISY DANCE, you can do so by sending an email to info@aisydance.com and we will respond as soon as possible.

The use of our website and the contracts for the purchase of products through said website will be governed by Spanish law. Any controversy that arises or is related to the use of the website or with said contracts will be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts and tribunals. If you are contracting as a consumer, nothing in this clause will affect the rights recognized as such by current legislation.

In any case, we inform you that in accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, you have the right to request an out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes through:
